The Tapada Grande river beach is located in the interior of Alentejo, in Mina de São Domingos, municipality of Mértola. It is a blue flag beach with lifeguards, located in a wonderful spot with everything adults and children need to have a good time.
The beach has parasols, picnic tables, and barbecues available. Next to the beach, there is a bar-restaurant with a terrace where you can enjoy a drink or a meal. On the beach, there are canoes and pedal boats that you can rent to take a trip around the calm waters of the reservoir.
This is a beach we highly recommend!
