The Municipal Garden of Mourão, located in the Public Square of the Municipality of Mourão, boasts a bandstand dating back to 1932. There are several century-old trees and various plants from the region that add colour and joy to the garden.
Surrounding the garden are the Town Hall buildings, Igreja da Misericórdia and Igreja de S. Francisco.
In the centre of the garden stands a statue in honour of Dr. Ravasco dos Anjos, a doctor who contributed so much to this Alentejo village.
