This project was created to honor the medronho tree. The museum is divided into four areas: exhibition, shop, tasting counter, and distillery.
In the exhibition, visitors can learn about the medronho tree: its characteristics, the fruit, its life cycle, and the process of distilling the fruit into its final product.
The shop offers the best that nature and human craft can provide: honey, cheese, olive oil, wines, cured meats, natural infusions, jams, and artisanal pastries—some of the treasures this region has to offer.
The medronho brandies produced in the museum’s distillery are available for purchase year-round. Visitors can also taste the brandies to experience their quality before buying.
