Lagar de Varas do Fojo (Olive Oil Museum)

The first records of the Olive Oil Press date back to 1810, and it remained in operation until 1941. It is a faithful testimony to olive oil production without the use of machinery, predating industrialization. Its authenticity and state of preservation make the Fojo Olive Press a rare example on the Iberian Peninsula.
